My 12 year old daughter has been going to gymnastics for 4-5 years. She had a mental block and has been struggling with her backward tumbles (flicks and tuck backs) on and off for two years. After some research I read about hypnosis. She was nervous and we were both apprehensive. Andy was really kind and welcoming and instantly put our minds at rest. During the session I was able to see my daughter through the glass door which made me feel more at ease. My daughter felt like there was a brick wall stopping her from tumbling. After just one session, she walked out of the door and told me that she thought she could do it and she did. Following the second session she was round off flicking on the floor again! The coach couldn’t believe the difference in her confidence and it was amazing to see her so happy again. In such a short space of time it was incredible to see such a transformation. We can’t thank you enough Andy.

I had smoked since I was 15 and tried to quit more times than I care to remember. When a friend recommended hypnotherapy I was a bit sceptical, I shouldn’t have been! After just one session with Andy I have been smoke free for over 6 months. I can not recommend him enough. Thank you Andy!

Andy helped me just over a year ago with a couple of things regarding my daughters wedding. (I’m putting this review on now as I didn’t know how to before and it’s my daughters wedding anniversary tomorrow). 1st, he helped me to lose just over 2 stone in weight, so I felt more attractive on the big day and to look better on the pictures. 2nd, as my daughter got married in Cyprus, Andy also helped me get over my fear of flying. I’d been asked to be a best man at my best mates wedding, but the thought of giving a speech almost made me say no. I did not want to let anyone down and knew I needed some professional help. The groom recommended Andy to me, as he’d seen him for sports performance (football) and had good results. It took a couple of sessions with Andy, who used a few techniques to calm me down and build my confidence up. I found the second session (the trance bit) much more powerful, I think it was because I already knew what was coming and I was a bit nervous going to the first session. Really nice guy who knows his stuff, I got a feeling he has a real passion for what he does. I did the speech, a little nervous at the start, but Andy said that was normal and it would help with the delivery. Glad I did it and its helped build my confidence in other areas of my life too. 5 stars, highly recommend. Thanks Andy.

I went to see Andy to improve my golf performance. He managed to lower my handicap from a 28, which I’d had for over 20 years, down to a 20. What I found amazing, was that I’d only practiced mentally in the 1 to 1 session. Then as soon as I started playing at the club, I’d improved so much. Today is cold outside, I’m snowed in and I’ve just booked my Summer holiday online for Greece. The truth is, this would not have been possible until last year as I’d not been abroad for over 20 years due to a complete fear of flying on a plane. Well, just over a year ago I’d been invited to my best friends wedding, but I needed to get on a plane to get there. I’d heard NLP was good for phobias, and I’d searched online who did it and Andy was one of those people. I called him and went for a Free consultation, and he was able to change the way I thought about flying during the consultation, so I thought I’d book a full session in. I’m writing this as I feel compelled to share my story online, which my friends and family are all aware off anyway. I’d been addicted to a variety of drugs for a number of years, mainly cocaine which was costing the most, plus regular cannabis use. I don’t drink, but knew the “coke” was getting out of hand, it was affecting my home/work life and it almost also ended my marriage. I had been recommended to see Andy from a mate who had stopped using cannabis and I wanted to see if it would work for me. I found Andy to be very friendly, knowledgable and enthusiastic, I could tell he lives and breathes what he does (he told me he literally built his practice and developed the grounds, for the benefit of his clients, I would imagine at a cost close to £1m) which I was amazed at. I booked a number of sessions, as I was offered a discount. I thought it may work after a few sessions, I did not expect it to work straight away, and I have not touched any type of drug since and it’s been almost six months since. One other thing worthy to mention is the access and support I received away from the sessions, which I did not expect. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I’m not on commission. I went on Google looking for a hypnotherapist for my dad he has been a alcoholic for 20+ years and it slowly got worse to the point it was that bad he drank every single day sometimes he couldn’t remember things. It took a lot of effort to get him to Andy Holmes I can’t believe the change it’s changed our lives not only has he helped my dad control his life better we are now living wig someone who just has the occasional drink here and there to get a alcoholic from serious risk to occasional drinking I’m am absolutely amazed !!! Our lives are very different right now he saved my dad’s life. 100% respect for this guy he is amazing don’t hesitate to book in.

I went to see Andy as I wanted to improve my golf handicap. I had 3 sessions and managed to consistently reduced my handicap down from 22 to 18. I have been pretty impressed with the results as I had been trying to get this down for years by playing several times per week, but could never get any better than 22. I’ve been to see Andy a few times now. Originally for confidence, but as I enjoyed the whole hypnosis trance experience so much. I’ve now got an arrangement where I can go for some deep trance work 1 or 2 times per month, it feels like a workout for the mind and I love it. I now have quite a stressful job which pays very well (which originally I would not have even applied for, due to lack of confidence). Depending on where I’m working in the country, I’ll either go to the Huddersfield or London, Harley Street office. Thank you so much, you showed me what is possible

I have always been an outgoing and confident person and then last year, out of the blue – I was hit with anxiety and panic attacks. I was totally floored and found myself in a dark place that I really didn’t want to be in.
I had never tried hypnotherapy before, but was desperate to find anything that would help. That’s when I found Andy…and I can’t tell you how glad I am that I did!
On my first visit I was nervous and unsure of what to expect but Andy has such a calm and reassuring persona and is so easy to talk to,- so it wasn’t long before I started to relax.
The experience of being hypnotised was lovely and I felt so much better after just one session. I can’t describe how calm and relaxed I felt.
After a further 2 sessions I was well on my way to feeling like ‘me’ again and things just continued to improve.

I think it’s safe to say if it wasn’t for Andy my life would be very different. Me and my partner were at a stage in our relationship where if he did not get him for his drug habit, it was the end of the road for us. We were fast approaching 30, I wanted to start a family but knew I couldn’t do so in an environment where drugs were around. My partner was taking Cocaine heavily, it was getting out of hand and ruining what we had. We would fall out over everything because he would pick that over me…
He found Andy and we both spoke to him about his habit, he said he could help. We were unsure and apprehensive but we were willing to try everything we could to hold onto what we had and get my partner help. After his first session with Andy he didn’t touch it again, Andy advised on two more sessions which he did… he has now been clean for approaching 4 months. He occasionally goes back for top ups. Our life has done a 360 spin. He’s healthy, happy and definitely richer! We fight less, we do more together as a couple and I’m pleased to say we are expecting our first child! I cannot recommend this guy enough for what he has done for me and my partner. We wouldn’t be going down the path we are today without his help and support. If anyone is in a similar situation… you have to want to stop but please don’t be ashamed and give him a ring. He’s our little miracle worker and we are both so thankful for everything he has done. 5* and nothing less. Cheer Andy. x

I originally went to see Andy to help me stop drinking as much and to feel more confident. I was quite nervous for the first session but found Andy’s manner to have quite a calming effect on me. He was also quite quick to work out why I’d been drinking, which I don’t really want to divulge on here, but he found me out. After the first session I just didn’t feel like I needed a drink like I did before. I ended up having a further 2 sessions as I got a discount. I found I loved the trance feeling and each time I went back I felt I got more from the whole experience. Now 6 months on, I still have a drink when I want, but I don’t feel I need one to get me though the evening anymore. I’ve dropped 4 dress sizes and feel tonnes better, much more confident and I’ve got myself a new man 😄. Thank you very much Andy, I owe you a lot
